We view our firm as a leading practice in all film production related areas of the law. Our lawyers have participated in the working groups that drafted the newly adopted Film Industry Act 2003. We advise not only on issues addressing film production finance and services but further related to talent agreements, access to Bulgarian benefits, tax and VAT issues, international co-productions, Eurimage procedures and the final stage in film production that is distribution. We also take pride in providing advice on film and copyright related issues to practically all key players in that fast growing industry. Members of our team have acted as outside counsel to the National Film Centre of Bulgaria since 1995.
