Insolvency and liquidation

Kolev, Petrova & Bivolarsky specialises in acting for the creditor in insolvency proceedings. In assisting clients to collect their takings from debtors experiencing difficulties, we assess the financial situation of the debtor’s enterprise and evaluate the need to initiate such proceedings. If the assessment has demonstrated that the initiation of insolvency proceedings would be most beneficial for the client or these have been initiated by other creditors, we see that all clients’ receivables are duly claimed, represent them before the court and in the committee of creditors, monitor closely the work of the receiver (syndic) and undertake all other actions required in this highly formalised procedure.
