We invoice our services according to the actual efforts, which we have in a case. If possible, the responsible partner delegates work to other attorneys and lawyers of our office. Expenses, which we incur, are charged separately. We invoice our services on a regular basis.
We expect when clients wish certain documents to be prepared or translated into English or other language to notify us in due course.
We believe that computerized research reduces the lawyer’s time spent on research and therefore is productive and cost-efficient.
Clients are also billed for any disbursements incurred such as phone and facsimile expenses, translations and legalization of documents, photocopying, messenger services or delivery, word processing, postage, travel and petty expenses.
